update on studio

Jeff has been so busy getting my studio ready for me to paint...however he let me come out and play some today...I started painting the cabinet doors...then got the primer above the fireplace done so Jeff can stucco and then I did cheat a bit and paint on spot of trim and a bit of wall just to get the "feel" of what it's gonna be like...

Home again Home again...OH MY

Hello all...well I'm home and wow it was a great trip...I have posted pictures of the "Peace" dolls from the Sister's of the Cloth retreat...I teach this class again in Houston next month and will of course add their creations to the album...wait til you see them WOW can't wait to make another one myself...

Keeping busy no matter where I am...

Busy...busy...well while Noel works I've been keeping busy...I designed and made a new pattern...haven't gotten a name for her but she is a stump doll and has a soda can for the base...rofl...wait til you see...i'm hoping noel will take her picture...but she will be 8.50 for the pattern...she also has two hair scrunchies...wait til you see her...

Just checking in...I'm in LosAngels this weeks...was in San Diego last...the doll/bear show turnned out pretty good and had a blast hanging out with jean, maryanne and nancy...always good to see my buds....I'm now at Noel's which has been wonderful...today she is working and I'm resting...she and her husband are wonderful hosts and LD their pup is darling...they took me to Disneyland on Sunday evening when they picked me up from the show...it was wonderful...Noel and I went to the fashion district yesterday OH My....so many fabrics....so many trims teehee...now off to play in her studio....

Cover for the book finally done

Well the cover is done on the book...so is the back and everything inbetween...so now it's putting in the patterns as I finish the dolls...yipppeeee
